What if lose my job shortly after starting?

If you lose your job for any reason within the first 3 months of starting, we will refund your success fee in full.
This applies to any circumstance, whether that is redundancy, the role not working out, or anything else. If it happens within 3 months of your start date, you get your money back.
To request a refund, contact us a with a copy of your termination notice or official documentation from your employer confirming the end of employment. Once we have verified this, we will process your refund promptly.
