How our pricing works

Shoutt works on a simple success fee model. We only get paid when you land a job. If it does not work out, you pay nothing.

The beta

The beta is completely free. No success fee, no subscription, no charge at any stage. If you land a role during the beta, you still pay nothing.

After the beta

Once the beta closes, Shoutt charges a success fee of 1% of your base salary. This is a one-time fee, paid after you receive your first payslip. No monthly subscription, no upfront cost, nothing until you are hired.

To put that in context: most job search tools charge up to $200 a month whether you land a job or not, and are built around encouraging you to send more applications. Shoutt charges nothing until you succeed. We think that is the only model that makes sense.

How payment works

When you receive an interview invite through Shoutt, we place a small authorisation on your card on file. This is not a charge. It is a temporary hold that confirms your payment details are valid. The actual success fee is only collected after you receive your first payslip from your new employer.

What counts as base salary

The fee is calculated on your base salary only. Bonus, commission, benefits and other package elements are not included.

Using Shoutt and applying directly

If you find a role through Shoutt and then apply for it directly outside the platform, this is against our terms of service. We run automated checks to identify this. If you are unsure whether a role you are interested in has come through Shoutt, check your dashboard before applying elsewhere.

Why this model

Every other tool in this space charges you regardless of whether you land. We only earn money when you do. That means we have one job: get you hired.
