How our success fee works

We work on a simple success fee model where we only get paid if and when you land a job. If it does not work out, you pay nothing.

How the fee is calculated

Shoutt charges a success fee equivalent to 20% of your first month's gross salary. It is calculated on the gross amount, before tax or any other deductions. The fee is collected on a mutually agreed date, after you first salary has landed in your bank account.

For example, on a $100,000 salary paid monthly, your first month's gross salary is $8,333. The success fee would be $1,667.

No monthly subscription, no upfront cost, nothing until you are hired.

To put that in context - most job search tools charge up to $200 a month whether you land a job or not, and are built around encouraging you to send more applications. Shoutt charges nothing until you succeed.

Card check at the interview stage

When you're shortlisted to take the next step in an employer's hiring process, such as an interview or online assessment, we collect and check your card details are valid using Stripe. Nothing is charged at this point and we do not save your card details on our system.

Using Shoutt and applying directly

If you find a role through Shoutt and then apply for it directly outside the platform, this is against our terms of service. We run automated checks to identify this.
