How the Chrome browser extension works

The Shoutt browser extension takes care of the repetitive parts of filling in job application forms, so you spend less time on tedious work and more time on the parts that actually matter.

How it works

The extension works alongside the Shoutt platform. Before using it you need to have prepared your application for the role in Shoutt first, including your tailored CV and cover letter. Once that is done and you are ready to submit your application, the application form opens in a new tab, the extension is triggered, and it fills in the form fields automatically using the information from your prepared application.

As you complete more applications it learns from what you enter and gets progressively smarter, so each one takes less time than the last.

What you need

The extension is available for Google Chrome on desktop only. You will need to be logged into your Shoutt account for it to work. It is compatible with all opportunities sourced through Shoutt.

You stay in control

The extension fills in fields but never submits anything on your behalf. You review everything before it goes anywhere and press submit yourself.
