Where do your job listings come from?
Most people search for jobs on Indeed or LinkedIn because there is no practical alternative. The problem is that everyone else is doing the same thing, which means you are competing for the same roles, many of which are not even real.
Ghost jobs are a bigger problem than most people realise. Roles that closed months ago and were never taken down. Positions posted as market research with no real intent to hire. Listings that have been live so long the hiring manager has moved on.
AI tools have made this worse by pushing people to apply to more and more roles at speed, spray and pray at scale, which means even ghost jobs collect hundreds of applications before anyone notices the role was never real. Applying to these wastes your time and skews your expectations about how active the market actually is.
How we source listings
We scan 25,000+ job sources continuously. These include job boards, company career pages, recruiter listings, and niche industry sites. We use this real time data to create a high-quality, personalised feed of opportunities for you.
How we filter them
Volume alone is not the point. Before a listing reaches your feed we run it through aggressive filtering to remove:
Duplicate postings of the same role across multiple sources.
Stale listings that have been live beyond a reasonable window without activity signals.
Low-quality postings with vague briefs or other signs of poor hiring intent.
Ghost jobs where company hiring signals suggest the role is no longer active.
What's left is a clean feed of real, active opportunities that are genuinely worth your time.
Why this matters
When you apply to a real, active role with a properly researched, tailored application, your chances of getting a response are significantly higher than applying to a hundred roles on Indeed and hoping something sticks. The quality of the listings you start from matters.
