Shoutt is completely free during the beta. After the beta, we move to a success fee model: 1% of your first year's salary one time fee, paid only when you land a role and get your first pay cheque. No subscription, no upfront cost. If it doesn't work, you pay nothing. If for any reason you lose the job in the first 3 months, you get a full refund.
